I had a decent stay in which I truly enjoyed the impressive rooftop dining with stunning views and the very clean spa area. I found the room a bit on the dark side, as it had no view at all.

The location is great close to major attractions.
The service was utterly disappointing and unresponsive. I had to ask multiple times for basic amenities like an iron, which was a hassle during my stay. The room itself felt dirty upon arrival, with visible marks on the walls and a malfunctioning refrigerator that was never addressed despite my complaints.

Delightful, Delightful, Delightful
I was blown away by the rooftop restaurant's stunning views of the Bosphorus! Every morning began with a diverse breakfast that catered to every taste, from Turkish delights to absolutely mouthwatering sandwiches outside the hotel. Plus, Engin at the reception was a star, welcoming us with an upgrade that transformed our stay into something truly special!
totally recommend 🥰✨

Stayed in a Standard Double or Twin Room for 3 nights. The room was a bit dark with no view, which was a letdown. I heard noise from other guests, especially at night, so it was hard to fully relax. it was clean and the beds were comfortable, which helped a bit. Not much going on for the space itself, but it was alright for a short stay.

Staying here with my baby was quite enjoyable! The rooftop dining was stunning, providing mesmerizing views of the city. We also appreciated the hotel’s proximity to historical attractions like the Blue Mosque, making outings with the little one much easier.
In my wife’s opinion, a mini-fridge in the room would be great for families.

The location near the Grand Bazaar made exploring so easy. I loved the breakfast variety with tasty Turkish dishes. The rooftop restaurant had stunning views of the city, especially at sunset. the room was dark with no view, and I constantly heard noise from other guests at night. The pool was too cold for the kids, making it hard to enjoy. Staff could improve on providing attention during busy breakfast times. The lounge area felt cramped with items stored everywhere, giving a cluttered impression. a mixed experience between great views and room conditions needing attention.

amazing, amazing, amazing
The rooftop restaurant offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Bosphorus, turning every meal into a picturesque experience. I loved the diverse breakfast, featuring local delicacies that set the perfect tone for our days. Guven at the front desk went above and beyond, helping us navigate the area and even carrying our bags after our long flight!
would recommend 🥰✨

the location is super close to grand bazaar and blue mosque, so its easy to walk around the city. the ambiance is nice, and the cleanliness was on point! loved the pool area, even tho it was cold. the staff were friendly and helpful with anything we needed.
the economy room was kinda dark with no view, and i could hear noise from other guests at night. also, the breakfast could use more variety, it felt pretty basic.

It was just a prime choice for a brief retreat in Istanbul with extraordinarily good value for money. The breakfast had unique Turkish dishes that were a pleasant surprise. Avoid peak times for breakfast to enjoy a quieter experience.

Convenient location with great service
My stay was highlighted by the exceptional proximity to the Grand Bazaar and Blue Mosque, making it super easy to explore these iconic spots. The breakfast spread featured a delightful mix of local dishes and was complemented by tasty sandwiches from a nearby food stand, a treat for my taste buds. On the downside, I found the standard room I was in a bit lacking in natural light, which made for a somewhat gloomy atmosphere.
